Ricky´s works with different delivery companies to make sure we can provide the best policy. In this way we are able to provide you with the best delivery suited for your personal needs.

€5 for deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium. Different specific prices for deliveries elsewhere. Feel free to ask us.

Products ordered on monday-thursday will be delivered the next day within the Netherlands and Belgium. Products ordered on friday-sunday will be delivered on tuesday.

You will receive a track and trace as soon as we send you your ordered product to track your delivery.

Return conditions
Not satisfied with your product? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. In order to do this, please follow the steps below.

Packing
Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box. Place the completed return form in the box. Stick the supplied return label on the box so that it is visible.

shipment
Return the package to the post office. Keep the proof of shipment in a safe place.

When do we pay back?
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.

What do you get back?
You will be refunded the full purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Does this not work? Then we will contact you.

Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or incorrectly delivered? Then we will reimburse these costs afterwards.

All our products comply with textile industry standards and requirements in terms of their physical, and chemical properties, as well as durability and lifespan. Washing instructions are indicated on the label of each product. Most should be washed at 30°C and line-dried (i.e. not in a tumble drier).  As well as helping to protect the environment, following these care instructions will help to ensure the longest life possible for the products.

All of our products are true to their size. If you want a loose fit, we recommend you to choose a larger size. To have a better idea, we have put the height of the models with the wearing size under the pictures on the website.
